A beam having an overall length of 24' has a 4' overhang at one end. The left support is a pin connection, and the right connection is a roller. A concentrated downward force of 2000 lb. is located 6' from the left support, and a uniformly distributed load of 200 lbs./lin. ft. begins 6' to the right end of the member.
