3. What does the phrase "Telling history" mean to you, if anything? Can we swap something else in for "telling"? How about "history"?

Name one "chronology" (broadly conceived) of any genre in film/TV, literature, visual arts, music, etc. For example, historical dramas in film such as 12 Years a Slave, The Last Emperor, and Downton Abbey not only progress chronologically in terms of plot and character development but are de facto chronologies. (use different example except what i have mentioned)

5. Look up Chronology, what are the semantic and geographical roots of this word? What does semantic mean? How does "chronology" relate to "canon" or "knowledge."

6. Find an example online of a chronology related to our topic this semester: for example, chronology of the Portuguese Empire, of Italian Fascism, of Italians and Portuguese in the Americas, of the trade in a particular product (spices, coffee, sugar, cotton, tea, for instance), of slavery, of colonial laws, of Angolan literature, of German or French colonialism, of anything you can think of that pertains to our broader topic.
