Scenario 1.

Amanda who is dealing with physical abuse; she is unsure and helpless to leave, she has no money no experience. She has been with the abuser for 10 years. No family or close friends. She has just entered your women's Shelter.

Scenario 2.

Tori who cannot speak English well and is starting high school. He is portguese, he likes soccer and they recently moved here, there have no family here either. He is lives with his Mother. Tori is attending a English class at the organization you work at, he has been assigned to you to see if he can access any other programs at your organization.

Scenario 3

Teresa who recently started using a wheel chair due to a car accident. She was a public speaker and used to travel a lot . She is unsure about her career and and how to face the world with this barrier. Teresa is now living in a group home as she also has a traumatic brain injury. This group home has clients who all have TBI as well.

Scenario 4.

Don is in recovery and has been sober for 3 years. He has a good hold around being sober as he was living in a different country, Now he is back home around the same friends he used to use drugs with. He also does not have a job and hasn't had one in 15 years. He is unsure about being back in his hometown but he doesn't want to leave his elderly mother who needs him.

Scenario 5.

Ajay has been recently diagnosed with anxiety disorder.

He just started a new job and moved out. He is starting to make errors at work, not sleep and calling in sick. He is worried people will find out and think he is incompetent. You are his life skills worker.
