Short Cases / Discussion Memo- Business Strategy

Discussion assignment: For at least 2 days, search for everything using both Bing and Google. Compare your search results. What do you find? Is one more accurate or not? Which do you prefer to use and why? What do you recommend Microsoft do regarding Bing? Can Bing catch up to Google in search? How did Yahoo lose its lead in search to Google? (The bulk of your memo should address the 'catch-up' and the why questions.)

Must use concepts from the chapter 4 reading to answer the question!!! Use case information as well. Revision may needed. Read the chapter to answer the questions when needed.

Go to a retailer that sells TVs. What are the key differences you notice between different models & different manufacturers (try to compare TVs in same price point)?
