In comparing the corporate culture of Wal-Mart with Biotech, what do you find as the most significant differences? Are these differences enough to sway Biotech either away from or toward an agreement with Wal-Mart? In addition, you mention finding other alternatives if the trial run proves that quality of the items really is sub-standard; given the size and "power" of Wal-Mart in the marketplace, are there really any other viable options that could potentially work as well?
