Problem

Randal, one of your newly hired supervisors, has garnered some negative attention lately. Several of his female direct reports have provided evidence that Randal shows preferential treatment to males on his team versus everyone else. Matter of fact, he invites male team members to join him during the lunch hour and after work for social gatherings. He is extremely supportive and provides assistance when needed as well. On the other hand, the females are simply ignored when requesting assistance (unanswered emails &/or phone calls) or they are spoken to in a rude, condescending manner in front of the team.
