William Snowden's gave a lecture about discrimination of black American and how police are more likely to use unnecessary force on a person who is black than on a white person in the same situation, he also mentioned that black American are more likely to be stopped or treated unfairly by police because the color of there skin.

William gave examples of black Americans being judged unfairly for example what happened in Philadelphia Starbucks when two black men were excorted out and then in Detroit when a 14 year old African American was killed for asking directions to school.

Please elaborate more about William Snowden’s and how police are bias.
