Assignment:

Larry is a delivery man for Cintas Uniform Company. He delivers rental uniforms and floor mats to company outlets all over the state on a daily basis. Once a week, while loading his truck with orders, Larry will pull some additional uniform clothing off the stock shelves without permission. He then takes those additional clothes to Bart, a friend of Larry's. Bart owns and operates a Second Hand Store in Flint. Larry tells Bart that these uniforms are stolen, but Larry agree to take any price Bart is willing to give him, and in turn Bart can sell the clothes at his store. Bart gives Larry $250.00 a week for the clothes. Bart profits $300 a week selling the clothes.

After 3 months, Cintas Accounting determines that some of its property is missing. They secretly mark some clothing to see who may be taking it. They determine Larry has been taking extra clothing off the stock shelves. Cintas Accounting contacts the State Police who conduct surveillance on Larry. MSP learns that Larry is selling the Cintas property to Bart who in turn sells the items to the public.

MSP questions both Larry and Bart and they admit to their activity.

Cintas determines Larry has taken approximately $750 of clothes a week for 3 months.
