Describe a time when you believe you were treated unfairly by a manager or supervisor in an organizational setting. What happened? Why did you perceive the situation as unfair? What could the manager/supervisor have done differently? Alternative: You could instead describe a time when you observed a co-worker being treated unfairly, and answer the same questions as above.

Alternative: If you are unable to come up with an example of unfair treatment in a work setting, you could discuss a situation that happened to you in a non-work setting (e.g., sports, volunteer work, church, school, etc.)  Do not use personal examples (e.g., boyfriend/girlfriend/family/etc.)
