How to Manage Conflict in the Workplace
Paper instructions:Managers at all levels have to deal with conflict in the workplace. The extent to how well conflicts are resolved depends largely on how they are addressed. If possible, try to view the video with another peer or co-worker in your organization. Once you have watched the video, have a brainstorming session with your peer to determine how you would resolve the conflict if you were the manager.
