Question: The shopping mall has been an important part of the US retailing landscape for decades. The importance of malls in American culture is also illustrated by the number of movies and TV shows that fully or in part, take place in malls. However, the number of malls has been in steady decline for a couple of decades and many malls are now left deserted. This has negative effects on retailers that depend on busy malls to gain customers. Not all malls are in decline though. There are also some that have been able to adapt to changing consumer preferences, for example by adding new types of services. Describe and evaluate one of your favorite malls.
