As an employee for a manufacturing company at Moulds Plus Ltd. you learned that management recognized a problem with the future supply of experienced personnel in the country and the capacity at which Moulds Plus Ltd. May have difficulty meeting their projected demands to move the company forward. Senior management has decided to implement an Internship Program within one of the departments. The interns will work cohesively with existing staff within the department for the next twelve months. After the twelve month period, the skill level of all the interns working over the last twelve months will be assessed.

Question:

Using the management process, which of the functions would be best suited for this example and explains why? What are your thoughts on the other management functions in order that they should be used.

While using the newly implemented Intern-ship Program, what is the best way to identify problems and resolving them. Keep in mind that you still need to achieve existing performance targets during this twelve month period.
