Question: Plot the traits spatially. From there, you must try to describe the patters you find. Notably the data sets have holes (missing plants). The question is, what are the missing plants. Once we have the spatial view, we can discuss whether it is a normal distribution, a certain process, etc. or if it is a local effect how plants appear in a field. Attached is a header for each corresponding genotype that must be spatially plotted. There are a handful more excel files to send to spatially analyze using the program R Studio.
