4. Who is the hiring manager for this role (i.e., to whom does this role report)?

5. Either posted on the job ad or through your own research, what is the average salary for this role? If noted, is this a salary-based role, salary plus commission, or purely commission-based?

Part III: Based on the advertisement and what you've found in Part II, answer the following questions:

1. Are there any qualifications listed in this job ad that you were surprised to see?

2. What qualities and/or actions do you think would make someone successful in this role?

3. Based on the resume attached, do you think this candidate, Kaitlyn Holmes, would be qualified for this role? Justify your reasoning.
