The ability to retain talented employees should be a goal of every organization. Turnover, whether voluntary or involuntary, can cost an organization. However, there is an acceptable, even desired, level of turnover in an organization. Choose two industries (i.e. military, retail, government) and detail their industry employee turnover ratio/statistic. Is it desirable for that industry? Why or why not?
