What are the ergonomics and safety aspects of the process that have to be observed?

1. Identify the health and safety hazards according to OSHAs Act presented to employees on this process. Prescribe the minimum safety clothing that must be provided to the employee.

2. In your view is the process optimal? Recommend improvements that you can make in the existing machinery and processes discussed before. Come up with a costing using knowledge taught in Cost Accounting module or Industrial Accounting in your Diploma.

3. If you have a budget to buy new machinery what machines will you buy. Calculate the payback period of your proposal and Net present value using a discount rate of 6%.
