Analyze Case Study and Write Paper for Innovation & Entrepreneurship MBA Class

Read the attached case study and write a 2 page single-spaced analysis. Please follow the specific instructions below:

1. Present and prioritize specific recommendations- be decisive and bold and explain your reasoning;

2. There should be NO MORE than 1 paragraph of case study summary. DO NOT summarize the case study

3. Cite outside material as appropriate

The important thing is that the majority of the write-up should include recommendations, analysis of your recommendations, and/or tactics and elaborations of your recommendations. Use as much of the two pages on the recommendation and analysis. Do NOT summarize the case.

Suggested outline of paper

1. 1st paragraph - intro to paper and brief summary of case study

2. 2nd paragraph - accurate and concise description of the significant issues presented in the case

3. Rest of paper - prioritize recommendations; explain the prioritization; refer to examples demonstrating the successful outcome of the propose strategy. Present feasible recommendations that were on target given the case context and implications; correctly incorporated from assigned readings and from the provided guiding questions.

The discussion questions below are to help you think about important issues in the case. The goal of the case assignment is NOT to answer these questions but to solicit your identification of critical issues and your specific and actionable, detailed recommendations on how the enterprise/entrepreneur should address them.
