Amrein-Beardsley did a study that indicates eight factors used to evaluate what it might take to recruit teachers to high-needs schools (pages 10-11).

You will note that on page 14, the author has shows the results of the study from most to least important factors.

As you look at these results, what can you learn from this graph?
