Forum: What is your comments on this survey information gathered?

As we all know, surveys provide consumers with the opportunity to critique someone else's work. If they are not satisfied, they can give reasons why they are not completely satisfied or what they liked about the subject. This includes services like ordering online or simply purchasing from a well known grocery store. With the feedback provided, people have a good idea of what to improve on and/or what to continue to provide quality. If you are a person who takes a lot of pride in their work, no matter what the job is, then you would be open to this type of feedback and criticism.

I am definitely one of those people who likes things to run smoothly and the only way I know how to do that is by giving things my all. My topic for the final paper is called "Inefficiencies In Amazon Tracking System". This is the topic that I have chosen given the fact that my major is in Transportation and Logistics. As of right now, my paper will discuss the deficiencies in Amazon's package tracking system, specifically focused on Germany. That being said, here are my five survey questions. Please do not hold back and be completely open and honest about what I can do to improve this topic.

1.) Was the topic too broad for a typical research paper?

2.) Is the subject too broad for the topic being presented (the subject being "inefficiencies" as there is much to discuss on the subject)?

3.) Is Amazon a good example to use in reference to tracking services?

4.) Tracking packages is a huge part of Amazons successful marketing. Do you think examining the tracking system would make for a good research paper?

5.) Is the entire topic as a whole, a good example for composing a research paper in connection to Transportation and Logistics?
