Introduction
Over the past years the consumers consciousness has changed also what business is expected to be responsible to do has been evolved. One of the element that has been increasingly important on transitional and national polices is (CSR), more number of business are taking the CSR strategies as an important strategy for their businesses.
As the increase in the demand for energy, the pressure has increased too, which is an issue for the climate changes, which is related to how efficient is the use of energy resources. All kinds of types in business sectors is effecting by raising societal challenges. However, the firms in the energy industry are encouraged to deal with social issues. One of the newest dimension of CSR is social responsibility which is getting a lot of attention this days, the meaning of social responsibility is being responsible of the social effects companies has on people whether its direct effect or indirect effect (Jelena Stjepcevic,2017). Therefore, in 16th of may 2007 CSR network has been established in Qatar, one of the firms that has been awarded the CSR company of the year award in the energy sector is RasGas company at the 6th year of Arabian business in Qatar, it was nominated by 157 industry leader, businessmen , and influencers in CSR practices, RasGas CEO pronounced that their company is considering CSR as an important commitment , and being the worldwide energy suppliers they believe they can plat a role in building a better future for the coming generation. RasGas is adhered to maintain a massive program in Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) by committing to international criteria's and reacting to stakeholders' wants and they are motivated to continue in their four CSR programs that includes the fundamental of education, community, health and environment.
