Lynda Buck, an junior sport management student at No Brainer University, must complete an internship assigned and approved by her Department Chair. Lynda was assigned to complete her internship at a fitness club 15 minutes from NBU. One evening after her internship duties were completed, Lynda was abducted from the club's parking lot and assaulted. The fitness club was located in a dangerous part of town. Prior to assigning Lynda to complete her internship at the club, the dept. chair was aware of other criminal incidents that had occurred in the club's parking lot.
