S tells X they have a 1995 red porche 911 at their other dealership and can deliver the vehicle to him within a day for $15,000. X replies " i Agree- What kind of condition is it in ? S replies " in my Opinion in great condition and motor good as new." X pays S $15,000 on the spot.

Next day a blue 1997 Porsche 911 is delivered to X. After driving it for a month the motor burns out and to replace it will cost $12,000.
