Little Joe is 14 years old and is running a Video game resale business called Little Joe's Resale Shop. Victor (an adult) enters into an agreement with Little Joe that he will make monthly payments form Little Joe for 6 years for a new Chevy Camaro. (He will be 16 by then and able to drive it). Little Joe then decides that the payments are too much and wants the contract to be voided. Will Little Joe win and why? What would Victor's argument be? Explain both of these questions fully.
