2. After watching the video (I suggest watching it at least twice), think about the information in the video and compare it to the leadership theories in chapter 14 presented in your textbook.

3. Prepare a reflective position paper (two pages minimum to three pages maximum, double spaced, 12pt.Times New Roman) and explain whether you agree or disagree with the opening premise of the video "the reason why we have too few women leaders".  You should apply your textbook material, external resources, and the concepts from this video to strengthen your position.  Use at least three other published sources (journal articles, business publications, reputable business websites, etc.) outside of the textbook and the video.

4. You should conclude this reflective paper (last 3/4 page) by adding what other aspects of leadership learned in chapter 14, collectively or individually, can assist in leading followers to perform optimally.
