Suppose we want to know that, one the average, how many hours in a week MSU students spend in the library. We survey a sample of 49 students and the Mean of that sample is 12 and the standard deviation is 10.5.

1. Construct a 99% Confidence Interval for the value of the mean hours total MSU students spend in the library in a week. Demonstrate your calculations and graph.
