Using the information from the Nightingale Project A (end of Chapter 9), you will create a MS Project schedule and answer the questions from the end of the case, however, you will note the following changes:

The crew work only Monday – Fridays (no weekend work) 8 hours per day.

You will submit the following

A multilevel work breakdown structure (WBS) and detailed project schedule in MS Project

A screen print (using the Windows Snipping Tool) of your project’s network schedule

An one-page response with your submission that answers the following questions:

When will the project be completed?

What is the critical path for the project?

How much slack / float is in your project? What activities have the greatest slack float

Identify the top 3 activities you fell that could impact the project completion date.

What additional activities you would add to this project to make it more complete, from a project management viewpoint.
