A ) Select a firm or industry in the leisure, tourism or hospitality sector-examples include a travel agency, a holiday firm, the UK football industry, a leisure centre, a hotel or a restaurant. Your firm or industry selection should allow you to engage in suitable research.

B) Use the selected firm or industry as the focal point of your written assessment.

C) Provides a background commentary (300 words) on the cost structure and the level of competition experienced by your firm/industry. You must include demand and supply factors, fixed and variable factors/costs, price elasticity and the aims of the firm/industry.

D) Provide an analysis (500 words), supported by data, of the problems facing the firm/industry in the next five years. You must include demand and cost factors and production.

E) Provide a business strategy (500 words) to help your firm/industry overcome the problems.

F) The assessment must be provided in a professional manner (quotations, references...). It should have an introduction and conclusion, with word count limit 1500.
