A flu shot clinic has three nurses. The average arrival rate of persons wishing to take teh flu shot is 28 per hour. The average service rate to complete the shot is 11 per hour. Assuming it is a multiple-server waiting line model: determine the average number of persons waitng for the shot and the average time a person must wait for the shot. What is the probability that there will be 3 or more persons waiting in the system? Use QM for windows to answer this question.
