Write about a problem at work. The next week I have to use the same problem. But I have to use linear regression scatter plot. Well my problem is: a client is exceeding their budget on each house they sell because they are providing closing costs to buyers. So I came up with them capping the credit to buyer from seller at 2,000. Currently for the past three years the average every year they are spending is around 4,000. So we can solve the problem but now I need to put my problem in a scatter plot and utilize linear regression
