OVERVIEW

Different companies use communication technology in very different ways. While many companies continue to rely heavily on email for communication, in other companies, instant messaging programs are the norm. In many companies texting during a meeting would be seen as high offensive behavior; however, in many organizations, texting is the primary way that employees communicate with each other.
