In chapter 9 we learned that it is possible to use a sample of observations to make inferences about an entire population, or as Hubbard puts it "How observing some things tells us about all things." With this in mind, cross-examine with your peers the pros/cons of some of the sampling methods discussed in the text. Emphasize the importance of reducing bias. In your answer, elaborate upon the power of experimentation.
