Question

I have a solid understanding of how the Triple Bottom Line works on a corporate level. However, how does it apply on a small family business level? Where start up funding is so much lower and the ability to obtain loans for development is so much trickier. Things like financial allocation for sustainable packaging/resources is so much more expensive, especially since business is done on such a smaller scale and offering employee benefits for multiple employees can drastically cut down profit margins for companies and make it hard for them to continue to operate. Basically, what does the Triple Bottom Line look like on the mom and pop shop level?
