You have not yet started your new position, but you have been provided the following information: 1. The company's primary production complex is located in Jacksonville, Florida. 2. The company purchases rolls of flat steel for manufacturing appliances from international sources. At present your major steel suppliers are located in Japan and Korea. 3. The electronic modules used in the appliances are currently sourced from both domestic and international factories. 4. Rubber seals and gaskets are sourced from a small supplier in Mexico. 5. All other hardware, nuts, bolts and plastic parts are sourced both domestically and internationally.
