You are the manager of a very busy, very successful grocery market. During the afternoon shift, one of your female employees bursts into your office and you immediately notice she is visibly upset. You manage to calm her down and she tells you there is a man in the women's restroom. You tell the employee to wait in your office while you go and investigate the matter. You send another female employee in the restroom and she confirms what the previous employee had reported. Because the employee also tells you that there is only one person in the restroom, you decide to wait until this person comes out of the restroom before you confront him. When the person comes out, you realize it is a newly hired transgender employee who is also visibly upset by the reaction she has received from her two co-workers.
