Do you agree? why or why not?

Tony Fadell explains that habituation is inevitable. As humans, we get used to everyday things because our brain encodes them into habits. Designers, innovators, and entrepreneurs learn to notice the details that can be improved upon and try to fix them. It is easy to solve a problem everyone sees, but difficult to solve one no one sees. A company's job is to see the invisible problem, not just the obvious problem, and improve it before the customer has to deal with it. Fadell stated that Steve Jobs urged the staff to "staying beginners" - see products through the eyes of the customers to make them faster, easier, and seamless for users.

The video applies to marketing because to speak to the consumer, a marketer must be able to understand the products as the consumer and find what is appealing, and how it is different compared to all other products. Today, almost nothing is new. We are living in a high-tech world in which everyone is trying to be the first at something just to compete in a saturated market. Companies that succeeds are those that can make a product or service better than what is already out there.
