Theories to Motivate Employee Groups

An organization has three types of employees: salespeople, production workers, and administrative staff. I have selected Equity Theory (Adams) for salespeople, Expectancy Theory (Vroom) for production workers, and ERG Theory (Aldefer) for administrative staff as the most effective theories to motivate these employee groups.
