In organizations situation and people can be very toxic. Their change resistant attitudes can range mildly resistant to totally resistant. When employees andor leadership become toxic anger, mistrust and disruptive behaviors can take over the parts of the organization or even the entire organization. Toxic organizations can quickly become unhealthy for all organizational members. Thus the need for toxic handlers. Your Week 5 assignment will focus on the role of the "Toxic Handler".

When change is imminent in an organization, there are specific steps that must be taken to develop the proper communication procedures and guidelines for the change process. Assume that you have been assigned the role of "toxic handler." In your paper:
- Describe the toxic handler concept.
- Explain how you will prepare to effectively handle the role.
- Discuss what you consider to be your biggest challenges. (Be sure to provide potential solutions).
