Staples made every reasonable attempt to comply with the dead line, but could not finish the report on time due to the delays caused by Tribune's personnel not timely providing the needed information. Nevertheless, the audit was completed and provided to Tribune, which now refuses to pay Stacy Staples for the audit and threatens to sue her for Tribune's having lost the loan because it applied for the loan after July l.
