Renege is something that happens a lot in life and also in contracts as well, people go back on their promises all the time and it is something that we deal with as human beings. I really like the organization’s staffing strategy and I think that it is a great idea that the organization is hiring 10% more employees that they need in any job category in their company to make sure that their hiring needs are met. I think that it is always important for employers to have more staffing than enough staffing, when companies are short of staff it is very difficult for them to reach their goals that has been set. Not all the new employees will fall through with their promise made and the contract they sign when they are hired so I think that the company hiring 10% more employees is a type of insurance to make sure that at the end of the day, no matter what happens they will be able to have the specific number they need for the specific job category. I believe that this decision is very ethical, there is nothing wrong with the company going back on their promise if the newly hired employee goes back on their promise first.
