However, they may run into problems if a project goes south and more manpower or time is needed than estimated. How can a smaller business overcome this handicap? Also, many small businesses have been built around contracting for the government. They will focus on a particular area of contracting, i,e. DOD contracting. Do you think this is a good strategy?
