Selling Project
Part I (Sales Strategy) this is a four-page assignment. The sales strategy consists of a summary of the information in the Park Inn Role Play and a strategic outline of the sales presentation which you will use for the sales call. One purpose of this assignment is for me to review your understanding of the sales situation and offer suggestions to ensure that you are well-prepared to complete a sales pitch.
Part II (The presentation) the purpose of the presentation is to demonstrate the selling principles and techniques which were discussed in the text and in the course. Using the Park Inn Role Play (in your text, Appendix 3), you will execute a PowerPoint presentation of a professional sales call while exhibiting your knowledge of and facility with critical elements of the selling process.
Essentially, this exercise challenges you to pull all of the course material together and apply what you have learned in a simulated selling situation. There is a degree of "make believe" to it, but you will be graded strictly on your ability to use the selling principles and techniques discussed in class.

Explain Managing Commerce and how and why have the forms of business organizations used to manage business commerce changed over time
Explain Slack and Project Duration and Find the early start and late start schedule for each activity as well as its total and free slack.
Explain future of e-business - what do you meant by e-businessand future of e-business.
Explain ECommerce and Porters Five Forces and describe a new opportunity and a new threat due to e-commerce via the Internet for a specific industry of your choosing
Explain E-Business Case Study- Michelle's and Each member of the team should research one of the above topics and make several key recommendations for his or her area
Explain and provide your own analysis (i.e., business implications) of how this is relevant to the industry. These two sentences should convey two different points that build on each other and flow from the proof.
Explain How does the PR function in an e-business organization differ from a brick-and-mortar organization
If you have both an e-commerce site and a brick and mortar store, how should you coordinate
Explain Globalization trends and identify non-North American countries affected by these trends
Explain the supply chain for BMW when in a brick and mortar environment
