In the fish processing industry, the fish cake is dried in rotary drum dryers. The fish cake consists of bone dry fish (BDF) and water. The resulting product is finely ground as well as packed for sale. In a given batch of fish cake containing 80% of water (by weight), 100 kg of pure water is removed during the drying process, producing a fish cake with 40% water content (by weight).

Determine:
