The philosophy that seeks to improve all factors related to the process of converting input into outputs on an ongoing basis is called continues improvement. Problem solving is one of the basic procedures of continues improvement. In this discussion, I want to ask you to discuss about the process improvement based on an example. Your initial post should present a problem in a process and how you will tackle it. You can explain based on your own experience (Please do not present any information that is deemed confidential) or you can choose a service company and describe your solution to increase the quality of the service. In this discussion, this is your opportunity to emphasize your critical thinking skills to improve the process. To get the whole grade, your solution should be based on Deming cycle (PDSA).
