The purpose of this assignment is to enable you to immerse yourself into any of the concepts covered in Chapter's two (2) and three (3). The purpose of this assignment is to encourage you to do research and report on your synthesis of the concept you select. It is important that you choose a topic that is of interest to you, but it must be approved by the instructor. 

The idea of the paper is for you to research the concept and discuss its effects in the business world. The first portion of your paper will be research or background of the concept; what it is? Why it is important? As a supervisor or leader how/why should this concept be taken into consideration within the business?

Use credible sources to complete the assignment. 

Paper Requirements

The paper will be a minimum of 5 pages long (not 4 ½, 4 ¾, but a minimum of 5 pages) excluding your title page and reference page. That means I will be given 7 or more pages, total. The specifications for the paper are as follows:

  • 12 point font;
  • Double spaced;
  • 1 inch margins;
  • Times New Roman;
  • APA Style;
  • Minimum of 8 credible references;Wikipedia will not count as a reference!
  • All papers must have a title page, introduction, body, conclusion, and reference page.I have choosen the concept of "Using Creativity to Solve Problems"
