In this section of your final project, you will research and assess how your selected organization (Singapore Airlines) develops strategies based on its environmental scanning process. First, research and explain the organization's current strategy formulation and implementation policy. For example, is it exploring and working on the right issues? Second, extract the issues raised by your environmental scanning process and develop your own strategies that would best address the opportunities and threats, internally and externally, for the organization.

Prepare a report on the overview of the organization's strategic implementation process.
