The objective of the Global Marketing Plan Report is to help you integrate the concepts and material you have learned and apply them in writing a strategic marketing plan for a brand's/company's entry into a foreign country. While not as detailed as a final plan would be, this will enable you to examine many of the key elements required. You will be examining market conditions, including country and industry outlook, as well as developing a marketing strategy for your brand or company. Based on some preliminary analysis, it may be helpful to choose your company first, followed by an industry or product category. You must choose a country other than your country of origin. You cannot choose a product/brand that is already marketed in the country you choose. You may choose an existing product/brand or one you wish to develop and market. After you do a detailed study of the country and industry, you will write a marketing plan. Your report will be limited to 20-30 pages, exclusive of exhibits, footnotes, and references.
