Calculate the average of the five service times and compare it to the mean of the service-time distribution.

Use Excel to generate 500 random observations and calculate the average. Compare this average to the mean of the service-time distribution.

2. Consider a workstation that can process 3,690 units per hour. It takes 15 minutes to receive an order from the previous station. The container size is 137 units.
