The Fourteenth Amendment protects persons and citizens with privileges and immunities and equal protection.

State Law

The Great State of OZ 2017 Legislature passed a law, Oz Health Code (OHC), OHC.101.210.

Section 1 levies a tax of 50% on out of state laboratories that sell stem cells to Oz hospitals. OZ state universities do not pay this tax.

Section 2 of the law limits (flan transplants to Oz residents under 45 years.

Section 3 of the Law requires helicopters that carry patients for emergency transplant surgery have noise suppression equipment and requires that all helicopters always have at least one paramedic on board.
