Henry Mintzberg, one of the most prominent thought-leaders in Management today, proposes that the best strategies are often "emergent" in nature, meaning that they were not originally planned but born out of accident or some other fortuate deviation. Has your team deviated from its original strategy either to the benefit or to the detriment of your Marketplace performance?
