Describe and elaborate upon the key practical technique(s) underlying your perspective/theory on strategy formation. You are to assess whether or not the perspective/theory might be used as the basis/foundation for a new strategy consulting company. You are to do this by imagining that University is your first strategy consulting client and that you have been asked for help in setting a new strategy or direction for University. You are to use the technique(s) of your perspective/school to provide needed answers for  University. In brief, what you need to do is to 1) clearly explain how the technique(s) associated with your perspective can be used to set strategy and 2) show how the technique can help set a new strategy for University.

You might also think of ways to modify or change the technique(s) to better fit the requirements of your strategy firm and whether or not there is something of value in the perspective for setting up a strategy boutique.
